Fluffy Paleo Biscuits!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups almond flour
  • 2/3 cup cassava flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • dash sea salt
  • 5 tablespoons organic lard
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine above ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
  3. Form into biscuit shape.
  4. Bake 375 degrees for 12- 18 minutes until lightly browned and beginning to crack on top.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Makes 10 - 12 biscuits.
