Paleo! Gluten Free! Dairy Free! Grain Free! Soy Free! Refined Sugar Free! And Organic of course!
- 1 1/3 cups almond flour
- 2/3 cup cassava flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- dash sea salt
- 5 tablespoons organic lard
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Combine above ingredients.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
- Form into biscuit shape.
- Bake 375 degrees for 12- 18 minutes until lightly browned and beginning to crack on top.
- Makes 10 - 12 biscuits.
